My mind is racing and my heart is pounding
our lips are only inches apart before they touch
as i close my eyes and forget my surroundings
i lean in for the kiss, careful not to give too much
her lips found mines and my lips found hers
the kiss was passionate and also slow
her lips alone had me at loss for words
being that she can move so well with the flow
as i embraced her in my arms holding her tight
i just like the fact that we are together
her personality, her looks, and her being so nice
she's the perfect gift from God that im holding onto forever
